What if Im running late?
Just give us a cal so we know your still coming and not assume its a NO SHOW.
What time should I arrive for my rental?
You should arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your rental as not to interrupt any other possible rentals going on. We suggest giving yourself 15-20 mins before you schedule your first client in order to setup, sign your paperwork, and receive your run though on the operation of the lighting equipment. We also suggest you wrap things up 15-20 mins before the end of the rental in order to clean up and put back any furniture or props that you may have moved around.
